Churchill is a creative writer, passionate traveler and a facilitator who worked in youth and development projects for over 25 years, offering expertise in project management, moderation and facilitation for training, meetings, and conferences.
He is recognized internationally for his impactful contributions in youth development and human rights programs across Africa and beyond, including Zimbabwe, Eswatini, Lesotho, Botswana, South Africa, Mozambique, Kenya, Sudan, Somalia, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Papua New Guinea in the Australasia.
Notably, he facilitated in the Africa Development Forum (ADF-5) on Youth and Leadership in 2006, organized by the African Union, alongside numerous international engagements.
He has also played a pivotal role in founding the Life Skills Association of Tanzania and TAMASHA, a youth participatory development center. He is the Founder of Elsie and a member of the IAF Global Leadership Team, (International Association of Facilitators).
